Arsenal launched his own dating show in an attempt to demonstrate how a mutual football love can “prove a catalyst for an even deeper romance”.

The Premier League club offers single supporters to meet their “perfect match” as part of the documentary series.

The plan is that the club’s filmmakers record a blind date between two fans in a local place before the pair heads together towards an arsenal match.

The shows of the show are invited to explain what “made you fall in love with the arsenal” and also to detail their favorite age group, their range of height and their “usual type” for a partner.

The club said: “The Emirates Stadium match days are a moment to connect with the beautiful game – and each other. It is for this reason that we are launching a new meeting of meetings which celebrates how a shared love of football can prove a catalyst for an even deeper romance.

“We call our only supporters in the United Kingdom to apply to be part of the production, which will involve a blind date with a gooner colleague centered on an arsenal game.”

Singlets have been warned that the club can carry out history checks as part of the request process and even that production may not go at all.

Participants were also informed that they could not discuss their possible involvement with “no person” in the meeting of meetings without the written consent of the club.

Arsenal may have been inspired by the sight of a young couple dancing together at the Emirates Stadium last year, after the club’s 5-0 victory against Chelsea.

The couple quickly became viral on social networks, the recently republished clip on the official online page of the Premier League. This tweet has now been seen by more than seven million viewers.
